Today, the counting of votes is taking place after the voting for Dharamsala and Pachad assembly by-elections on 21st. BJP is leading in Dharamshala seat. BJP has got 2800 votes, Congress 1600 and Azad candidates 200. Dayal Pyari Panchi was the first independent candidate at the counting center in Pachad, followed by BJP candidate Reena Kashyap and then Congress candidate GR Musafir.
