America: In response to a Wall Street Journal article that claimed a contact had broken not only Sergey Brin's marriage but their friendship, Elon Musk called his longtime friend and Google co-founder He denied having an affair with his wife.

The alleged affair, which Brin and his now-divorced wife Nicole Shanahan are said to be still cohabiting, was denounced by the Tesla CEO on Sunday night as "total BS."

I am friends with Sergei, and last night we went to a party together. In three years, Nicole and I have only met twice, and both times, there were a lot of other people present.

According to The Journal, a rumor between Shanahan and the Tesla founder led to the breakup of the friendship between Musk and Brin. Because of this, the two reportedly got divorced.

After learning about the alleged affair, Brin also instructed his advisors to sell private investments in Musk's companies.

According to reports, Musk and Brin have been good friends for a long time. Brin, the eighth richest person in the world, also provided financial aid to Musk during the 2008 financial crisis.

However, according to the Journal, Shanahan reportedly made out with the world's richest man late last year while Brin and Shanahan were on vacation together under the same roof.

According to The Journal, the relationship reportedly began in December 2021 at the Miami Art Basel exhibition. The alleged case is the most recent of several revelations about Musk's personal life.

Although they also welcomed a second child via surrogate in December 2021, Musk and his girlfriend, singer Grimes, split in September.

According to The Wall Street Journal, weeks after becoming aware of the contact, Brin informed Shanahan that he was divorcing her because of "irreconcilable differences."

After four years of their marriage, Brin and Shanahan have a daughter who is still a child. They are legally separated with effect from December 15, 2021. Even though there is a prenuptial agreement, they are currently negotiating a settlement in which Shanahan has reportedly sought more than $1 billion, according to the Journal.
