Tesla CEO Elon Musk said it’s impossible to take Tesla Inc. private now.  He said that it is impossible to take the company private now as its public company duties are a much bigger factor.

 In a response to a tweet, “Tesla public company duties are a much bigger factor, but going private is impossible now (sigh)." He further added, “Engineering, design & general company operations absorb vast majority of my mind & are the fundamental limitation on doing more."

According to the report of Bloomberg, Tesla has had an amazing year as its shares, which were included in the S&P 500 index this week, surged eightfold.
