In the finals of the ICC women's world cup, yesterday played at The Lord's the England team managed to beat the Indian women cricket team and won the ultimate title of Women's World Cup.
By winning the toss the England team chose to bat first and made 228 runs giving the target of 229 runs to the Indian team. While chasing the target India were 191 for three at one point, and needed 11 to win from the final 12 balls, but got all out for 219.
Goswami grabbed the three wickets giving away just 23 runs.Poonam Yadav took two wickets and Rajeshwari Gayakwad also took a wicket.
