Mumbai: The three-match one-day series between India vs England begins today. The first ODI is being played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) cricket ground in Pune. England won the toss and chosen to field. That means India is batting first. Team India have scored 89 runs in 21 overs in a loss of 1 wicket till the news was written. Rohit Sharma got out in the off-cutter ball by Ben stoke after scoring 28 runs. Shikhar Dhawan(44) and Virat Kohli(15) are on the crease.

Two players from the Indian side are making a debut. This is the first one-day match of Krual Pandya. This is the international debut match of pacer Prasidh Krishna. Krishna has shown a dramatic game in IPL. Now he will appear to play in the blue jersey. However, Surya Kumar Yadav did not have a place in the playing eleven.
