Lucknow: The rollout of Vande Bharat trains has significantly transformed the travel experience across the country. These semi-high-speed trains not only save passengers considerable time compared to conventional trains but also provide in-train facilities akin to airplanes. Prime Minister Modi is set to inaugurate six additional Vande Bharat trains in the upcoming days, bringing positive news for the residents of Uttar Pradesh. Two of these trains will pass through Lucknow, the state capital.
Scheduled for inauguration on December 30, these six Vande Bharat trains include one from Ayodhya to New Delhi, passing through Lucknow. This route is expected to benefit lakhs of passengers traveling to the Ram Temple. Additionally, those commuting between Lucknow and Delhi will find this service advantageous.
Another Vande Bharat train is set to launch between New Delhi and Darbhanga, also passing through Lucknow. This strategic route integration will enhance connectivity for passengers traveling to various cities. Notably, there is already a Vande Bharat train operating between Lucknow and Gorakhpur, which traverses through Ayodhya and has garnered positive responses since its introduction.
Beyond these routes, there are plans for Vande Bharat trains connecting Amritsar and Delhi, Coimbatore and Bengaluru, Jalna and Mumbai, as well as Vaishno Devi Katra and New Delhi. With Vande Bharat trains reaching various states across the country, efforts are underway to expand their routes, ensuring increased accessibility and convenience for travelers.
