1. In a bowl add 1 sliced onion, ½ cup gram flour, ½ cup rice, 4 to 5 garlic cloves, 150 gm cottage cheese, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp crushed carom seed, 1 tsp whole coriander, 1 tsp mustard seed and salt to taste to mix and make smooth batter
2.In the end add 1 bunch spinach and 150 gm cottage cheese to mix.
3. Now fry pakora’s in hot oil until golden brown.
4. Palak Paneer Pakora is ready to serve hot, with chili garlic ketchup or green mint chutney.
