US Special Envoy Zalmay Khalilzad has suddenly arrived in Kabul for ongoing talks with the Taliban. The former Deputy Foreign Minister of Afghanistan said that he has come here once again after Trump's visit to try to negotiate peace. Hekmat Karzai, president of the Center for Conflict and Peace Studies in Kabul, also confirmed talks with Khalilzad about the 'way forward' in a tweet.
