The Audi Q4 e-Tron electric SUV passed the Euro NCAP crash test with flying colours in 2021, receiving full five-star safety certification. The five-door SUV has a 93 percent adult occupant safety rating and an 89 percent child occupant safety rating.

The electric SUV was unveiled by the German company in April of this year, and it was stated that it will be offered in Germany for 41,900 euros (approximately Rs. 37.72 lakh).

The Q4 e-passenger Tron's compartment remained stable in a frontal offset crash test, both with driver and passenger's knees and femurs getting good protection, according to the Euro NCAP safety study. Those of all sizes and sitting in various postures would be provided with a similar level of protection.

The full-width rigid barrier test provided good or adequate protection to all important body regions for both the driver and rear passengers, according to the study. In the side barrier test, good protection was provided for all critical body areas of passengers and the car scored maximum points in this part of the assessment.
