Gurdas Maan began his profession as a worker of Punjab State Electricity Board. Much to his dismay then that he would have been a standout amongst the most popular singing legends to leave Punjab, and in the long run, India. Gurdas Mann is the singing legend Punjab has come to be synonymous with, and which is all well and good.
The man is known to show some kindness of gold, yet what the vast majority of us don't know is that the Punjabi people artist lost his driver in a mischance that he himself was included in, and later sang a melody in his memory. In a meeting after the mishap, Maan conceded that his driver requesting that he wear his safety belt minutes before the mischance, and hence turned out with the melody, Baithi Sade Naal Savari Utter Gayi, later.
