Katrina Kaif is one diva and the actress has managed to make a name for her just about fine. With her upcoming film Bharat, a lot of high hopes ride on her and everyone is anticipating seeing some good work from both Salman Khan and Katrina herself.
In an interview, Katrina got talking about anxieties and fears and how celebrities have come out and spoke about it and whether she has addressed those problems.
To this, the actress said absolutely yes and revealed how everyone has their own battles and they have ways to overcome them. She went on to point out how Alia Bhatt spoke about her anxiety issues and also said that it is okay to not be okay, something that needed to be said.
She also added how Deepika Padukone got talking about her battle with depression and how she eventually overcame it. As for her, she said how books and similar things came to her rescue and helped her understand not to be a slave to every thought that comes to one's mind or the emotions that one feels.
She further added how one can't and should not crumble under pressure because she or anyone else is not running this complex crazy Universe and it runs on its own, something we show have faith in because whoever is running it has got our backs. She said how we should put it out there, whatever we want and get rid of thoughts that are not constructive.
