Bhopal: School-colleges are all closed due to lockdown. At the same time, examinations of all the government and private universities of Madhya Pradesh for the final year and postgraduate fourth semester classes will be conducted offline. Between June 29 and July 31, students will have to take examinations by going to the examination centers on pen paper mode.

In fact, instructions have been issued by the Higher Education Department to the registrar of all government and private universities and the principals of government, non-government autonomous, subsidized colleges to ensure action in respect of examinations and academic calendars. For your information, it should be mandatory to follow safe physical distance at the examination centers in conducting university examinations. Regular examinations of undergraduate first, second year and postgraduate second semesters and other courses can be conducted at the local level, if conditions are normal.

At the same time, a new session will be started from September 1, 2020 by giving admission to the students in the first and second year semester of undergraduate classes and second semester students of postgraduate classes. For this year, the new session of the students taking admission in the first year of the graduate classes and courses and the first semester post-graduation will start from 1 October 2020. Due to Corona, the education of schools and colleges has been affected. Due to this, these steps are being taken. If we talk about the corona figures of Madhya Pradesh, then the pace of infection and deaths seems to be increasing. The deaths of 10 people were confirmed on Thursday. These include four deaths in Indore and two in Sagar. At the same time 171 new patients were found, totaling 7464 patients. More than half of these (4050) are healthy and discharged, so the number of active patients is 3090.
