Under the new conditions, one day internet service is going to be provided free of cost to an excitel fibre broadband user in case of internet outage for at least 4 hours. In addition, the company has also said that any problem in the brand band connection is going to be resolved within 4 hours.

According to reports, Exetel has partnered with Aprecom AI of 2021. Eprecom is helping real-time monitoring of fixed network performance and providing insights data.
