The five-story hotel owned by expelled BJP leader Mishri Chand Gupta, an accused in the Jagdish Yadav murder case, has been demolished. The 5-story building collapsed in 5 seconds. A team of explosives from Indore has been called in to demolish this building. They managed to demolish the building after about 12 hours of hard work. In fact, this action was taken by the administration for building illegal hotels without permission. According to the administration, permission for a two-story shopping complex was taken, but a five-story hotel has also been built here.

Around 80 kg of gunpowder and 85 gelatin rods are also being used to demolish the five-story building. This hotel has to be blasted twice to demolish it. The first blast took place in the afternoon, and the second blast took place at around 8 pm, after which the hotel of the expelled BJP leader was demolished.

On December 23, BJP leader Mishri Chand Gupta's brother and nephew were crushed to death by a Thar, and a young man Jagdish Yadav was murdered due to electoral rivalry. The deceased youth Jagdish Yadav was the nephew of an independent councilor. After which the BJP expelled the accused from the party. At the same time, since the murder, there has been a demand to demolish this hotel. The hotel was demolished about 12 days after the incident. In this case, Makronia police station had mentioned 8 accused.

Honey, Lucky, Advocate Chand Gupta, and Ashish Malviya, along with the main culprit Lavi Gupta, were also detained and sent to jail, while three are on the run. The absconding accused include expelled BJP leader Mishri Chandra Gupta and his two brothers Dharmendra and Jitendra.
