New Delhi: The whole country is in mourning due to the death of India's first Chief of Defense Staff means CDS General Bipin Rawat. His helicopter crashed at Coonoor in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday. 13 persons including CDS Rawat and his wife Madhulika died in the accident. The brainstorming has started and many experts have taken a stand on the tragedy. A tweet by Brahma Chellaney, an expert, land strategist, and writer on international security and arms control issues, is in the news. Even the Chinese media Global Times has responded to it in a series of responses.

In fact, Professor Chellaney tweeted one after the other about CDS Rawat's helicopter crash. Through these tweets, he uncovered the horror similarities between CDS Rawat and Taiwan's general chief, who took an aggressive stand against China, over the helicopter crash. The Global Times expressed displeasure over Chellaney's tweets referring to China and said that according to his perspective, the US can also be doubted. Then, Prof. Chellaney also replied to the Global Times. In his first tweet, Prof. Chellaney wrote that border tensions with China in the last 20 months have led to war like situations on the Himalayan front and at that time, the tragic death of India's CDS General Bipin Rawat, his wife, and 11 other military personnel in a helicopter crash could not have happened at a worse time.

In another tweet, he wrote that there are scary similarities between the death of General Rawat and the death of Taiwan's general chief of staff. In early 2020, the helicopter of General Shane Yi-Ming, the Chief of General Staff of Taiwan, crashed and seven persons, including two prominent generals, were killed in the accident. In both these helicopter accidents, special personalities from both the countries who were very important faces against China's aggression died. In his next tweet, he wrote that these strange similarities do not mean that there is a connection or an external force in both helicopter accidents. In any case, every accident has raised important questions within the country, especially the maintenance of military helicopters carrying top generals. The Global Times retweeted Chellaney's tweet and wrote sarcastically that from this point of view, the US could also play a role in the helicopter crash as India and Russia are moving ahead with the S-400 missile defense system and the US has strongly opposed the deal.

Professor Chellaney also retweeted the Global Times tweet on how china's state-run media mouthpiece is trying to create misunderstanding through my tweet thread that the US is behind CDS Rawat's helicopter crash as India is entering into an S-400 missile deal with Russia. These tweets reflect the corrupt mindset of the Chinese administration. In another tweet, Prof. Chellaney said that General Rawat, who was able to think clearly and clearly defended India, had become India's face on China's aggression. While the political leadership continued to refrain from naming China, it was CDS Rawat who kept the truth before the people without any lag-wrapped up. It will not be easy to compensate General Rawat at all.
