The court has issued a notice again and ordered the police to commit money. The court has issued this order against the negligence of the police in serving the attachment notice against Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Azam Khan. Apart from this, the court has also issued non-bailable warrants against the officers for making objectionable remarks on the officers.

The police did not complete the legal process in receiving the attachment notice. Due to which the MP-MLA Special Court issued a notice for an attachment against SP MP Azam Khan for threatening neighbor Arif Raza. The police had pasted the notice a day before the hearing. Police did not even complete the process of Munadi in relation to the said notice. When the matter was heard on Monday, this matter arose, on which the court expressed its displeasure. The court again issued a notice of attachment against the MP and ordered it to be legally received by the accused.

Assistant Government Advocate Ram Otar Singh Saini told that the court has again issued a notice of attachment in this matter to the SP MP. The matter will now be heard on 22 February. Apart from this, the court has issued a non-bailable warrant against MP Azam Khan in the case of making objectionable remarks against officers during elections. This matter is during the Lok Sabha last year. A case was registered at the Civil Lines police station. The next hearing of the case will be held on February 17. Azam Khan has so far filed 84 cases in various cases, of which ten have been returned. Stay on two cases. The remaining cases are going on continuously. Attachment notices are being issued one by one. In the matter of making two birth certificates of his son MLA Abdullah, the police also made Munadi in Azam Khan's locality after the attachment notice was issued. Duggi was also beaten. Now attachment notice is being issued in other cases also. Notice of attachment was also issued in the case of a neighbor's assault but, in this case, he did not get Munadi. The court expressed its displeasure over this.
