Veteran social media company Facebook has launched a new special video calling app CatchUp keeping in mind the users working from home. Through this app, 8 users can make video calls in groups at one time. The catchup app has been created by Facebook's NPE team. Currently, testing of this app is going on in the US.

8 users will be able to make video calls simultaneously
Through the catchup app, 8 users can simultaneously make video calls in groups. The special thing is that this app informs the users in advance whether other users are available for a video call or not. Also, there is no need to have a Facebook account to log in to this app. Apart from this, this app allows users to merge calls.

How to use
To make a video call, users have to open the app. After this, go to the option of creating call and choose other users from your contact list. After doing so, you can make a video call by clicking on CREATE CALL.

Facebook Messenger went live last month
Facebook went live on the Messenger Rooms feature last month. Now anyone can do video conferencing with up to 50 people simultaneously from Facebook Messenger, although Facebook launched this feature in Messenger in April. Now all users can use it. The special thing is that anyone can join Messenger Room video calling only through an invite link, even if they do not use Facebook.

How to create room in Messenger
Now, if you talk about making a room, the way you create a group on Facebook Messenger, you will be able to create a room as well. If you want to make video calling with people by creating a room in Facebook Messenger, then first download the Facebook Messenger app on your phone. After that go to chatting. After login, you will see the option of people at the bottom, on clicking, you will see a Room at the top, by clicking on which you can create a room.
