New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi was addressing a public meeting in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh on Thursday (February 10, 2022). During this time, PM Modi has launched a scathing attack on the Samajwadi Party (SP), The Congress. At the same time, he said that the amount of love that the people have given him, he will return it with interest by developing it. Meanwhile, a claim was made on social media that due to PM Modi's convoy, a person died in the ambulance.

A tweet claimed that, 'Today in Saharanpur, one person died in an ambulance due to Modi ji. His daughter kept screaming, pleading in front of the police, but did not let the ambulance go, and the patient died in agony in the ambulance itself. ' UP Police refutes the viral claim, saying that the tweet alleging death of a person in an ambulance during PM Modi's visit to Saharanpur is baseless. A girl reported to the policemen on duty that her mother's body was in the ambulance and urged them to give way for it, which was immediately facilitated.

The police issued a statement fact-checking this viral tweet. The UP Police in its statement has said, "'It is to be informed that on the arrival of Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Saharanpur, law and order duty was on duty at Dehradun Chowk for his security. Just then, a girl got down from the ambulance and told her that her mother had died during treatment in the hospital, she had to go. On this, the police force present at the spot immediately evacuated his ambulance from the crowd and dispatched it. Hence, the said tweet is misleading and untrue, which is completely denied by the Saharanpur Police. and requests not to publish such tweets/news without verifying the veracity. '
