Ingredients for making Paneer Makhani-
6 pieces butter
2 cinnamon sticks
1 big cardamom
3 green cardamoms
1 cup Tomato puree
1 tsp salt
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp sugar
15-16 pieces paneer
1/2 cup water
2 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 cup cream
2.5 tsp paneer, grated
Method of making Paneer Makhani- First, put butter in a pan and heat it. Now add cinnamon, big cardamom and green cardamom to it. After this fry them a little and then add tomato puree to it. Now cook the tomato puree by mixing it well. After this, add salt, red chili powder, tomato ketchup, sugar and paneer pieces on low flame and mix it. Now add some water to it. After that cook with the lid on. Now after a while remove the lid and mix it by adding kasoori fenugreek and now add cream to it and mix it well. After that garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
