Begusarai: Work is being done at many levels for fast voting in Bihar assembly elections these days. Various celebrities are also seen encouraging people to vote. Now in this episode, Begusarai's daughter-in-law and Padma Bhushan Sharda Sinha released a video asking people to vote. Along with the appeal to vote, she has also informed the people about the measures being taken to protect the corona during the voting. She has uploaded a video along the lines of the song 'Kahe Tohse Sajna Ye Tohri Sajaniya' sung by her in the superhit film 'Maine Pyaar Kiya'.

In this video, Sharda Sinha has said, 'I was infected with Coronavirus. But after fighting it, I conquered the virus, after that the great election of democracy has come and I have decided that I will definitely participate in this election, you too should participate.' She has further said, 'It is a festival of elections. Think, each vote is a valuable vote. Stand two yards, use hand sanitizer. Wear a mask and go to the booth and vote in the globs, each vote is a valuable vote. Definitely vote because it is your right.'

Now, this video of Sharda Sinha is going viral. She sings songs of Chhath and marriage songs Mithila, Magadha and Bhojpur. Sharada, who was awarded the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 2001 and Padma Bhushan in 2018, sang the song 'Ugo Ho Suraj Dev Bhail Aragh Kerae Bair' for the first time in 1978.
