Fardeen was at this time inheriting the legacy of his father Feroze Khan. Feroze had taken more than a hundred acres of land in Bangalore. He has a farmhouse which also houses horses. Feroze was fond of living life in royal style and due to this hobby, he took the land. He wanted to build a house for people to live on this land, for which he wanted to start a housing scheme. He was no more there, but Fardeen decided to take over his father's legacy. Fardeen devoted his life to fulfill this father's dream. His hard work paid off and he signed a big deal with Godrej Properties 5-6 years ago. Fardeen is married to his childhood friend Natasha Madhwani. They have a daughter Diony and a son Azarius.
