New Delhi: Farmers' organisations continue to be agitated against new agricultural laws on the borders of the national capital. During the press dialogue on Singhu Border, farmers' organization United Kisan Morcha announced on Sunday that it will take up its proposed tractor parade in Delhi on January 26. The farmer leaders said that we will take up a tractor parade on the outer ring road in Delhi on 26th January. He said the parade will be very peaceful. There will be no disruption in the Republic Day parade.
He said the national flag will be planted on tractors used in the parade. Many farmers said that unless the agricultural laws are withdrawn, they will not be able to get corona vaccine. The farmer leaders have requested Haryana and Delhi police to cooperate. Our tractor will not pose any threat to any national heritage sites or any other site from March.
Farmers said that the Republic Day parade will include tableaux of vehicles, which would reflect the agricultural reality of various states besides showcasing historical regional and other movements. Farmers' leader Darshan Pal said that no political party flag will be allowed during this.
