Along with a highly nutritional diet with regular workouts, she credits sleep as an important aspect of her routine. “I sleep a minimum of eight hours in a day, and it is one of those reasons I carry glow on my face. I have always stayed away from applying harmful chemicals to my skin. Instead, I use organic products that are paraben-free and cruelty-free”, she added.
As far as her brand collaborations go, Roma Varadkar has been associated with many brands from different verticals. The blogger states that she collaborates with those brands that have a great influence on people’s minds. Authenticity and being real are two virtues that she pays more attention to.
