Along with a highly nutritional diet with regular workouts, she credits sleep as an important aspect of her routine. “I sleep a minimum of eight hours in a day, and it is one of those reasons I carry glow on my face. I have always stayed away from applying harmful chemicals to my skin. Instead, I use organic products that are paraben-free and cruelty-free”, she added.
