The victim also has another minor sister and on October 6 to 15, the victim's father came to their quarters in Sundernagar and the victim's mother went to her school as usual and both the daughters were with the father. At the same time, the victim's mother has lodged a complaint with the police, suspecting her husband of raping her younger daughter, who is only one year and 10 months old.
