Lucknow: The case of death of a young man in police custody in Uttar Pradesh's district Jaunpur has come to light. The brother of the deceased youth has filed a murder case against the four policemen including the police station head. In Jaunpur district, a youth named Krishna Kumar Yadav was in police custody on charges of robbery. But during this time, he died under suspicious circumstances.
After which the deceased's brother Ajay Yadav has filed a case of murder against four policemen, including Baksa's Police Station Ajay Singh. An FIR has been registered against these policemen under sections 302, 394, 452, 504 of IPC. There has been a stir in the area since this incident. An FIR copy of this case is attached below.
Due to the resentment after the murder of a young man in the area, the police department has also lost their sleep. Due to which additional security has been deployed around the police station premises. Due to the death of young man Krishna Kumar Yadav under suspicious circumstances in the police custody, there is a lot of resentment among the residents, due to which he also blocked a road.
