Bengaluru: An FIR has been lodged against Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey in the capital of Karnataka, Bengaluru. In this, Jack has been accused of hurting Hindu sentiments on behalf of the complainant. A resident of Vancouver, Canada, posted a controversial tweet on Twitter about Hindu deities. This was appealed in the court before, after which the court has asked the police to register an FIR.

The complainant says that a controversial tweet was made on Twitter about Goddess Kali, which has hurt the sentiments of the people of the Hindu community. This tweet was done in September 2020, which was present on social media for almost 40 days, although it has now been removed.

This FIR has been registered not only against Jack Dorsey but also against three other directors of Twitter India. Now on behalf of the police, it has been said that they will soon issue a notice in this case.
