Sasaram: In Bihar, 3 MLAs of Rohtas district were forced to participate in a cultural program in violation of corona protocol. These MLAs have been accused of conducting cultural programs without permission. A police official said this on Tuesday.

He said that on Sunday night, a charity program (cultural program) was organized by local RJD leader Ram Nath Yadav in Baradih village of Nasriganj in honor of three-tier panchayat representatives, which was attended by RJD MLA Anita Devi of Nokha, RJD MLA Vijay Mandal of Dinara, Arun Kumar MLA from Auk Karakat.

On the statement of Nasriganj zone officer Shyamsundar Rai, the FIR filed at Nasriganj police station alleged that permission for the program was not taken and the corona guideline was not followed. In the FIR registered, 17 people have been named and 800 to 1000 unidentified persons have been named as accused. A senior police official said police are investigating the entire case.
