Ranchi: Two people were shot dead in the early hours of Wednesday in Chanho village in Jharkhand's Ranchi, following a conflict between two groups during a Manda Puja orchestra performance. Suraj Sahu (24), and Abhay Sahu (24), have been identified as the victims.

The orchestra programme was still going on, according to the police. A disagreement arose between certain participants questioning the program's dancing. As the argument became more heated, someone opened fire, killing three individuals. Two persons died at the scene, and one is being treated at RIMS. The suspect has been identified, and he will be apprehended shortly.

According to police, the dispute occurred between two groups during the orchestra performance at around 3 a.m. Another person was injured in the event and is undergoing treatment at this time.

One suspect has been identified, according to police, and attempts are being made to apprehend him.
