Islamabad: Perhaps no one is safe in Imran Khan's new Pakistan. Neither minorities, nor transgenders nor foreigners. In a recent case, news of atrocities with a transgender worker has come to the fore. According to the information, first he was kidnapped. Then the incident of rape with her was carried out.

According to the information, this case is from Karachi. This transgender Pakistani activist was organizing a campaign to prevent the demolition of working class settlements and markets. She was kidnapped and raped a day before the climate march was organized. Organizers of the 'People's Climate March' under the banner of Karachi Bachao Tehreek (KBT) in the city said in a statement on Sunday that some people who had come to get information about the march kidnapped an organizer of this march on Saturday and raped her.

KBT said in a tweet that the incident took place when the worker was returning to his home in Nazimabad after attending an organizational meeting a day before the march. The KBT alleged that the police was involved in the violence against the victim. Shehzadi Rai, the 'violence case manager' at the Gender Interactive Alliance (GIA), told the press that the KBT worker was very scared and did not want to file a complaint.
