Patna: In the fifth case of fodder scam, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief and former Bihar CM Lalu Yadav has been sentenced to 5 years in jail and a fine of Rs 60 lakh by a special CBI court today. On this, now RJD supremo Lalu Yadav has reacted and said that 'whose people are with him, what will break his spirits!'

In fact, after the announcement of the sentence by the CBI court, Lalu Yadav has reacted on this issue on his official Facebook page. The RJD supremo has told in the style of poetry that he is not afraid of going to jail, because the public is with him. After the poem, Lalu Yadav wrote on his Facebook page that, 'I fight those who fight people'. Lalu Yadav has written this line for the ruling party of Bihar.

Let us tell you that the matter of fodder scam in Bihar came to the fore in 1997 when Amit Khare, the then Deputy Commissioner of Chaibasa, raided the offices of the Animal Husbandry Department and seized all the documents. Evidence of illegal withdrawal in the name of supply was found in it. At that time Jharkhand was a part of Bihar itself. But now even after being convicted by the court, instead of admitting his guilt, Lalu is questioning the judiciary on the contrary.
