Patna: The problems of RJD supremo and former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav are on the rise again. Special judges have been appointed to hear about half a dozen cases related to fodder scams. According to a letter issued by the Patna High Court, Judge Prajesh Kumar will hear only fodder scam-related cases. The High Court has authorized Patna Additional District Judge and Special CBI Judge Prajesh Kumar to hear the cases related to the much-talked-about fodder scam pending in the civil court Patna.

In this regard, CBI's lawyer Sunil Kumar said that a special judge was already appointed in the fodder scam case in Patna but now he has been promoted. Some were transferred, so the matter remained pending. He said that whatever new judges come and who look after cases related to CBI, they get power from the by-name High Court. Their notification is by name.

CBI's lawyer Sunil Kumar further said, "District Judge 11 has just received this power for the trial. This will not only speed up the trial, but as far as Lalu's problems are concerned, there are many witnesses, in which each matter has different things, so it is difficult for him to face the trial."
