Food Poisoning is a common problem. People often get sick even due to careless preparation while cooking, getting contaminated elements in open food, freezing of bacteria on salads, food made in dirty water, or eating a large number of meals made at any other party. The reason for this is the lack of necessary cleanliness or the use of good foods while cooking. Apart from this, by repeatedly storing food stored, undercooked eggs, meat, raw milk, packaged ice cream and stale food, the possibility of food poisoning is increased. Let us tell you about their initial symptoms. The symptoms of food poisoning occur within six hours of eating. In some cases, they also appear in 5–10 minutes. Abdominal pain with vomiting, urin with frequent diarrhoea and irritation, dry skin, blood in the stool, fainting or dizziness are the main symptoms. In some severe cases, blood comes along with thin diarrhoea. In such a situation, seek treatment without delay or the patient may die due to shock. Contaminated eating can cause jaundice called medically fico oral transmission.
There are many reasons for this, but there are some that after food poisoning, enzymes are not helpful in digesting food in the stomach. In this case, the intestinal function begins to weaken due to which the food is not digested.
