Necessary Ingredients
Chicken - 1 kg
Curd - 3 tablespoons
Onion - 4 large
Garlic paste - half a teaspoon
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup
Refined oil - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Tomato puree - 4 tablespoons
Ginger paste - half a teaspoon
Basil seeds - half a teaspoon
Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon Red
Cashew paste - 4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation: First you marinate fresh chicken. For this, you use ginger and garlic paste and red chili and salt. Now take a pan, and heat oil in the pan and add marinated chicken to it and cook. Cook it till you get it soft. It has to be cooked on medium heat. Now take another pan and heat oil in it. Add finely chopped onions and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then you add ginger and garlic paste to the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now put all the spices in the chicken pieces and cover with a little water, and let it cook for 5-8 minutes. Then add pomegranate juice and cook for another 5 minutes.
