Necessary ingredients :
Sago 150 grams
Ghee 2 tablespoons
Cashew nut 40 grams
Coriander leaf 50 grams
Potatoes 2 medium sized
Green Chilli 7
Peanuts 20 grams
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder half teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Oil 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method of preparation: First of all, place a deep pan on medium flame and add water to it. Add potatoes to it and let it boil. When the potato boils well and becomes soft, peel the skin off and cut it into small pieces. Now finely chop the green chili and coriander leaves and keep them aside. Now wash the sago thoroughly with water and soak it in water for about 4-5 hours. Now roast the peanuts in a pan without oil. Now put some oil in this pan and fry cashew nuts. Now in the same pan heat ghee instead of oil. When the ghee gets hot, add mustard seeds in it and when the mustard starts bursting, add green chilies. Now add chopped potatoes in the pan and fry them till the potatoes turn light brown. Now add lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt with the soaked sago in the pan and mix it well. Cover the sago and cook it well for 2 to 3 minutes. Now serve this casserole to your family and friends hot with dry fruits.
