4: Chocolate
It brings us joy and comfort. They are also always hidden in some corner of our refrigerator to crave in for. If you have a sweet tooth, just have a bite or two of chocolate and don’t go overboard with it.
5: Instant foods
Regardless of whether it's cup noodles or poha or anything else, instant foods are made for such occasions, when you are feeling hungry but are not in the mood to cook.
