He has also achieved the distinction of his name appearing in the Golden Book of World Records by performing the highest number of cleft lips and palates surgeries free of charges in the world from the last 34 years. A veteran surgeon who has performed over 175000 surgeries. 70,000 surgeries were done absolutely free, Including 27,000 on children for cleft lip and cleft palate for which he was felicitated with “Golden Book of World Record.”
