New Delhi: Former Delhi CM and Congress veteran Sheila Dikshit passed away in Delhi on Saturday afternoon. She was 81 years old and had been ill for a long time. Her last rites will be held today (July 21) at 2:30 p.m. at Nigambodh Ghat in Delhi. Earlier, her mortal remains will be kept at the Congress headquarters from 12 noon to 1 pm for the last darshan. The government has declared a two-day state mourning in Delhi.
