Ranchi: In a development that has ignited political speculation, former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren took an early morning flight to Delhi today, accompanied by his personal staff. Soren, who spent the previous night in a Kolkata hotel, is rumored to be exploring potential political options, with speculation focusing on a possible switch to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Sources indicate that Soren is accompanied by six MLAs, adding weight to the conjecture that he may be considering a political realignment. The speculation has been further fueled by reports that Soren has been in ongoing communication with Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, a prominent BJP leader.
