The first woman's father had applied against him in Gandhwani Dhana. He was accused of kidnapping in it. After this, there were also statements of the girl, in which the girl explained the whole situation and said that the wrong things were done to me. A case has been filed against the accused in the sections of rape and kidnapping.

TI Naresh Kumar Suryavanshi, who had been robbing his station and area till three days ago, was finally sent to jail on Thursday. Whose first Suryavanshi was suspended. SP Adityapratap Singh has told that a departmental inquiry will be conducted against Suryavanshi. They have violated the Civil Services Code of Conduct 1966. After hearing all the sides in the same investigation, action will be taken on proving the defect. According to the rules, his dismissal can be done. Due to this case being a high profile, the police had also arranged in the court. Around 4.30 pm last Thursday, he was presented in the Manavar court. Where he was presented before Judicial Magistrate First Class Anjali Patel. The judge said that the act of the accused is considered serious. He also said that in which it is not appropriate to give the benefit of bail. By 26 February, the accused was sent to jail accepting judicial custody. While returning from the court, the accused TI had put a handkerchief on his face to keep his identity hidden. A third wife has also appeared in this case.

She has told Jyoti Naresh Suryavanshi, living in Sudama Nagar, Indore, that she is the married wife of TI. She also says that she does not know who these two women are. According to Jyoti, he has two daughters from Ti Naresh Suryavanshi. And TI's family lives in Indore. He lived alone as Gandhwani. According to TI's relatives, his wife Jyoti Suryavanshi is currently living in Jabalpur. No one is able to know who the lady who reached Gandhwani is.

The whole affair happened on the evening of Tuesday 11 February, at the official quarters of Gandhwani TI Naresh Kumar Suryavanshi, a woman Sharmila along with her son Pawan started making a ruckus. The woman described herself as TI's wife and said that her husband cheated her with a Have married a second girl. TI was staying at her residence along with the girl who was related for three days. As soon as this matter was known, Manavar SDOP Karan Singh Rawat also reached the maize with a team force. This girl was freed and sent to the Manavar police station. When the woman found from the house was questioned, she told that Naresh Kumar Suryavanshi had kept her hostage in the room for 4 days, the victim wrote this information in the FIR.
