New Delhi: After news of Sourav Ganguly being removed from the advertisement of Rice Bran Cooking Oil of the Fortune brand, the Adani group has now clarified it. Adani Wilmer, the Adani Group company, has said that Ganguly has been temporarily removed from the add and the ed will continue. Let me tell you that earlier it was reported that Adani Wilmar, a company of veteran industrialist Gautam Adani, has stopped all the edits of his Fortune Rice Bran Cooking Oil, in which former India captain and BCCI Chief Sourav Ganguly is seen.

Ganguly had a heart attack on Saturday and underwent angioplasty. After this, the mocking of the company's advertisements was being made on social media. Ganguly was made the brand ambassador of Fortune Rice Bran 'Heart Healthy Oil' in January last year. He appears to promote heart care in an advertisement created during the lockdown period.

Angani Malik, deputy chief executive of Adani Wilmar said, 'We will continue to work with Sourav Ganguly and he will continue to be our brand ambassador. We have only put a temporary halt in our TV commercial and will work with Saurav again. This is an unfortunate incident that can happen to anyone.'
