According to information, the special neonatal care centre of the district hospital in Malkangiri, Odisha, was recorded. "Malkangiri District Magistrate Manish Agarwal ordered the four nurses to be sent on leave on the advice of Chief District Medical Office Officer Ajit Kumar Mohanty," the official said, "A committee has been set up to look into the matter. Action will be taken after the inquiry report comes.'

The four nurses who posted the video are Ruby Ray, Tapsi Vishwas, Sapna Bala and Nandini Ray. He is accused of recklessly and recording videos for tick-talk inside the district medical hospital. The CDMO issued a show cause notice to the nurses when their video went viral on social media. In this video, the four nurses are seen singing and dancing in hospital dress. They have also been asked for a cleanup.
