In this sequence, in the coming days, the isolation of 76 mosques in the country will be done. Investigations will be carried out on suspicion of belonging to and whatever mosque found to be involved in such activities will be closed. "
According to local media, the mosques have been examined on Thursday and out of the 76 mosques, 16 are in the central Il-de-France region while others are located in the rest. Significantly, France has seen an increase in terrorist attacks in the last few days and in October this year too there were many terrorist attacks in the country, in which a teacher was strangled to death by a radical youth. After this, there was also an attack in a church in the Nice city of the country where a citizen of Tunisia stabbed three people.
In view of the increase in terrorist attacks, the country's President Emmanuel Macron has called for all necessary steps to curb Islamic fundamentalism, including increasing security in the country and monitoring the activities of the fundamentalists.
