Due to the epidemic, it can now be avoided till the first week of October. At the same time, the date of the last Grand Slam US Open to be held from August 24 is also likely to go ahead. In such a situation, a situation of confrontation is being created between the two tournaments. The first Grand Slam Australian Open has been held in January-February this year, while the Wimbledon in July was canceled. This tournament was canceled for the first time after the Second World War.

There was no official announcement about the French Open : French Open director Guy Forge said, "The date of its (French Open) can go ahead. The tournament is expected to be held in late September or early October. At the moment, no official announcement has been made about this yet.

US Open date may increase: Earlier when the date of French Open was extended to 20 September, whenever it was criticized a lot. Because, this date was exactly one week after the final of US Open. The US Open is to be held from 24 August to 13 September. At present, the condition of America is very bad due to Corona. In such a situation, it is decided to proceed to the US Open, which can be decided in 1-2 weeks.

Hopefully the French Open will definitely happen: Guy Forge said, "We are both working with the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) for the Grand Slam. A lot of questions are being raised about both tournaments. New York (where the US Open will be) is more influenced by Corona than France. In such a situation, the organizers of US Open are more worried. In the middle of June, they can announce whether the last Grand Slam of the year will be held or not. We will take stock of the situation in the coming months and then work according to the orders of the government. We hope that the French Open will definitely take place.

The Australian Open was successfully this year: The Australian Open has been held without any hurdles earlier this year.
