Police said two of the criminals are residents of Khadra and one is a resident of Madianv area. Two of them were wearing masks at the time of the incident, while one was wearing a gamchha on his face.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Qasim Abdi said that on May 30, there was an attempt to rob Maheshwari Jewellers in Madianv police station area. On seeing its CCTV footage, it was found that 3 criminals had entered the shop. The police have arrested all the three. He further said that the culprits have been produced in court. The scooty recovered from them was without a number. Earlier also, they had tried to carry out a similar incident. The criminals also told that the weapon on which they wanted to carry out the incident was found lying there.
