Actually, Pankaj Singh and jailed Jitendra alias Jitti, Munir alias Babbal, Jaideep etc. used to do business of property. There was such a bitterness in the relationship with Munir aka Babbal about a property that he became an enemy of his own life. It is alleged that on March 6, 2010, these people roasted and murdered Munir.

According to the information received, Munir was killed when he was going to school leaving his niece. Jitendra, Pankaj Singh and Jaideep had to go to jail in the murder. Pankaj came out on bail after several months. According to SP City Shweta Choubey, Pankaj and his associates were interfering in the disputed property. His name first appeared in the police records in 2002. A case was filed against Raipur police station for assault and threatening. Pankaj Singh was named in another murder in Patelnagar in 2011. After Balve's trial in 2017, Pankaj's name did not appear in any other case. Now the people whose name is coming in the murder, they were close to him. When and why their friendship turned into enmity, the police is ascertaining it.
