Panipat: Rape incidents are increasing rapidly in Haryana. Where another case has come to notice, the case has been heard no more but from Panipat in Haryana, where a 17-year-old teenager started chatting with a minor girl from South Goa through internet media emo. Friendships developed and the two began to love each other. Kishori arrived in New Delhi via flight from Goa. From there, the taxi arrived at Panipat on Friday. The teenager raped her in her friend's car under the flyover.

After which she went to the teen's house. The boy's mother phoned the family members of the teenager in Goa and informed them about it. The Goa police reached Panipat on Sunday and arrested the minor juvenile after the teenager was given medical treatment.

The accused took the boy to the police: It has revealed that the police sent the teenager to the one-stop center by declaring the CWC a case. Cwc phoned the teenager's parents and reported it. Fir was lodged at Wasco police station in South Goa. On Monday, the teenager's mother and brother reached the office with goa police. After examining the document, the teenager was handed over to the police. The accused boy was also taken to the police. They murdered her. According to the information received, CWC chairperson advocate Padma Rani confirmed the rape in the report. Fort Thana and Goa Police are investigating the case on basis of medical reports and statements of the teenager before CWC. The accused juvenile was also produced before the Juvenile Justice Board. Fort Thana and Goa Police did not have any documents of the age of the boy. The Aadhaar card is not valid. Board member Malti Arora said that unless age documents are produced, they cannot hear.
