Patna: A man from Bihar contacted a Delhi girl by creating an account on a matrimonial site. He described himself as the leader of a big political party in Bihar. The girl was working in a large position in a private company in Delhi. The culprit reached Delhi to meet her and committed rape with her. When the victim filed a case over the incident, the Delhi Police reached Bihar to nab the culprit. The police have arrested the culprit and taken him to Delhi.

In fact, on Wednesday, the director of the school, criminal Manish Rukhiyar, was arrested from Khanrati Hansraj School on Gaya-Bodh Gaya Road. A complaint was lodged against Manish by a Delhi-based girl at the Lajpat Nagar police station. In it, the girl has said that she had created her profile on the matrimonial site. On this, Manish contacted herself by calling himself the leader of the big political party of Bihar.

At the same time, the girl has alleged that Manish came to Delhi from Bihar to meet her by promising to marry her. Then, he took her to a quarter, where she was raped. He then left the girl and came straight to Bihar and later stopped picking up the phone. After that, the girl realised to be cheated. The girl went to the Lajpat Nagar police station and lodged a complaint. At present, the Delhi Police has taken Manish Rukhiyar into custody and has taken him to Delhi.
