Gandhinagar: The election bugle has been sounded in Gujarat. Along with this, the dates of the elections have also been announced, while political parties have also intensified their preparations as the AAP party has released the list of star campaigners for the elections. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, singer Anmol Gagan Mann and cricketer Harbhajan Singh are among the 20 people who have been named as 'star campaigners' by the Aam Aadmi Party in the Gujarat Assembly elections. The Aam Aadmi Party has submitted a list of these 20 people to the Election Commission as star campaigners of the party.  

The list, which was released in the media on Tuesday night, also includes Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, AAP Rajya Sabha members Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chadha and the party's face for the post of CM in Gujarat, Ishudan Gadhvi. AAP's female leader and MLA from Punjab Baljinder Kaur, singer and Punjab minister Anmol Gagan Mann and National Council member Rakesh Hirapara are also included in the list of star campaigners.

In the list of star campaigners of AAP Aadmi Party, Gadhvi from Gujarat, party's state president Gopal Italia, general secretary Manoj Sorathia, Patidar leader Alpesh Kathiria who recently joined the party and youth leader Yuvrajsinh Jadeja are included. Apart from these, Praveen Ram, president of AAP's Yuva Morcha in Gujarat, Koli community leader Raju Solanki, candidate Jagram Vala and AAP's Gujarat Pradesh Mahila Sangathan chief Gauri Desai are also in the list of star campaigners. The AAP has so far announced the names of 158 candidates for the elections to the 182-member Gujarat assembly. Assembly elections in the state are to be held in two phases on December 1 and 5.
