Best coach at the grassroots level, best coach at the post level, best national coach and foreign coach'. Good coaches like this will not be tempted to go from the grassroots to the top level. Equal rewards should be given at every level so that even at the grassroots level, the coaches aspire to become the best grassroots coaches in the country.
Jadeja said this after being honoured with the Arjuna Award
"Because without these grassroots coaches, elite coaches can't do anything," Narang said. This kind of system should be there and the Government is working in that direction. He is also going to launch a program for the development of coaches at the Narang Sports Promotion Foundation. "We will launch a coach development program from this year to call the coaches from different centers to Pune for training. It will be two or three times a year and every year coaches from different parts of the world will be called and trained."
