Today is the birthday of actor Gajendra Chauhan, who has appeared in many television shows. He was born on 10 October 1956 and today he is 64 years old. Gajendra is an excellent actor but his journey has not been easy. He worked hard to make his place in the industry and the result of his hard work is that people give him a lot of love today. He worked as an employee of AIIMS before becoming a star.

Gajendra was born in Khampur, a small area of Delhi. After birth, he studied at Ramjas School in Anand Parvat. He has 4 brothers and 4 sisters and was the youngest and most beloved of his household. He started working in AIIMS along with studies in the year 1979. Suddenly one day he got an offer of acting classes from Bombay and this awakened his dream of becoming an actor right from his childhood. In 1982, he moved to Bombay for acting classes and after that, he got a part-time job. At that time he used to come on foot to save money.

He used to go on foot to eat food in Bandra, 8 km away to save 25 paise. His first show was Paying Guest, in which Gajendra received Rs 201 for working. After this show, he worked in 'Rajni', 'Darpan', 'Kashamaksh', and 'Sinhasan Battisi'. Gajendra got recognition from the role of Yudhishthira in the show 'Mahabharata'. After playing this role, he became famous everywhere. He has become a part of many films, not only TV shows.
